Fall is here!

Fall is here! I love everything about this season. The smells, the air, the change in temperature, and of course the food. I whipped up this really simple chicken dish for my first food post. The only fussy part is cutting the pumpkin and scraping the flesh out, which can be a real pain. It's worth it of course! The recipe seems a bit wordy but it's my first recipe I've ever written so I'll get better with time. Same can be said about my video skills as well. For instance, I accidentally shot the video vertically instead of horizontally. Oops! Anywhos, I'm saving my money for a better camera and lighting so as of now I am shooting everything on my iPhone. Hi all! Welcome to my food blog. Please follow me on my food adventures as I will cook and post recipes once or twice a week, and travel around Los Angeles trying food. I currently live in a small studio apartment with my wife and newborn son, so I am severely limited space wise. Even with that though, that won't stop me from churning out delicious meals for my family and I. If I can cook, then so can you! I am hoping some people will discover this blog, try their hand at cooking, and fall in love with it as I have. I personally believe that everyone should be able to at least cook an egg and get by on basic cooking. It is a skill set and as with any other skill the more you do it the better you get.
